the staff were friendly at the reception, which i appreciated.
The room was too small, and there was hardly any space to move around. i found the lack of space frustrating, especially with luggage. it. I expected more from a hotel like this.

I found the room quite nice and clean. It included a coffee machine. The staff was friendly. The location is very convenient to the city center. The air conditioning worked very well which kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
The spa area is available with a daily fee. Access to the facilities is not complimentary.

i found the hotel easily accessible from the main roads. the room had a coffee machine with capsules (a nice touch!). i was able to walk to many restaurants and shops in the area.
the access to the sports center and pool requires an extra fee i didn't anticipate. the front desk didn't clearly communicate this upon arrival, so it was a surprise.

I found the staff friendly and cute, which I greatly appreciated. The rooms were consistently clean and modern.. I especially valued this. The walk-in shower was well-built and the bed was good.

the location was convenient and the staff, they seemed reasonably helpful. I didn't have major complaints.
honestly, the room size was a joke, like SARDINE can dimensions. i could barely turn around without BUMPING into something. the photos online, they must use some serious trickery to make it look bigger.
